The township CBJ is good and i do fancy eco glades and sejati alot. In terms of schools and overall amenities is good but i do have concern with the rising number of middle eastern in the township. Not being racist the overall feel of the township is not pleasant if the num continue to grows especially the shop areas near Shell petro station. Cyberview is being tasked and suppose to drive tech to this city as part of smart city... cashless society with digital payments etc and not driving in more and more mid easterns to the town. My humble 2 cent.

Hate to say this but ya.... it does feels like central market at certain areas with lots of arabs and mid easterns brothers and sisters nowadays.,
