Today i manage to capture few tower, how much occupancy for the each tower, rclxm9.gif

I no need to tell you which tower it is, because everyone here are investor and well known about cbj.

lkw already cancel the contract, follow by kru academy, ermm, later who will stay there and continue the GRR, few unit already come out from auction house. bye.gif

Another cheap studio (or better than studio unit, this is duplex) available at sub 200k.
Rental above 1k per month. At least a 5% yield.

CJ a ghost town? Napic data? Don't really care as my newly bought JOG is

1) Near primary & secondary school and even nearer to SRJK©Union
2) Very near to upcoming Cyber hospital in case I get sick
3) I can do my groceries shopping at Dpulze Jaya Grocer even though the price a bit expensive. How i wish a Tesco/Giant in Cyber
4) 10min to upcoming MRT. Wife need this badly
5) Most most important its just 15min to my office in Puchong smile.gif

And I don't mind the slow development in Cyber so that I can enjoy the quietness & peaceful in this area. And not forgetting better air quality compare to matured areas.

you can get an idea if you go visit Cyberjaya NEO...which is filthy, and littered with Arabs...they shd call it Cyber Arab.

Just do land search will get the answer, since it is Non LACA auction, strata title already issued
