Now Cyber like ghost town or what, I really dont care. But sooner or later, land become so limited. Then only Cyber will be hot place. For those who want to buy property during that time, sure regret why not buy earlier bangwall.gif

I finally got JOG after withdraw my purchase from Gamuda Garden, eco grandeur and elmina. Not really into investment but mainly into own stay. Need to upgrade from my current walk up apartment since family is getting bigger. I think cost of living is about the same. Groceries are about the same price where ever you go. Only thing that I will surely miss is the privilege to do late night shopping at Giant or Tesco like what I'm enjoying right now in Kota Damansara. Since I'm working in Puchong, I can reach home in 20 min compare to 1 hour right now

Actually wife work in TTDI. Thats why we eye the properties there. But then we couldn't find any "Sekolah Berprestasi Tinggi" within that area. They is 1 in Cyber which is Sekolah Seri Puteri. It will be a real advantage in travelling distance for me but for wife, she need to travel quite a distance to her work place. We found out theres few option whether to drive to TTDI, use Cyberjaya DTS or MRT.

CJ a ghost town? Napic data? Don't really care as my newly bought JOG is

1) Near primary & secondary school and even nearer to SRJK©Union
2) Very near to upcoming Cyber hospital in case I get sick
3) I can do my groceries shopping at Dpulze Jaya Grocer even though the price a bit expensive. How i wish a Tesco/Giant in Cyber
4) 10min to upcoming MRT. Wife need this badly
5) Most most important its just 15min to my office in Puchong smile.gif

And I don't mind the slow development in Cyber so that I can enjoy the quietness & peaceful in this area. And not forgetting better air quality compare to matured areas.

Melaka if you rajin can do airbnb. Sure +ve cash flow everymonth. But for rental in Melaka, I'm not sure how's the current rate there.
For cyber, don't think you can get +ve cash flow by renting your apartment. I guess if you take Cyber,monthly will be around Rm1400? Not sure if rent can cover back your loan.

of course price will move....but judging from the performance of cj now, it hasn't moved as fast as bank interest rate.

until it catch up with bank interest rate, then baru study if cj is a real deal.....

Imo,houses in CJ already expensive right now. Don't you think when this place fully develop, price will remain like before?

Maple Residence 22x85 is not cheap bro. Before I got myself a unit in JOG, I went there and those unit is more than 800k price tag. After considering freebies,discounts and rebates, I settled for JOG as pricing wise is almost within the same range as in Maple Residence.
