Driver rating I already given up on that shit. according to grab the rating is base on each 100 ride rated. The my rate this week go down twice then up once and I only did like 36 rides. If Campur2 last week total ride and the week before also Baru 130 rides. How come can go up down like yoyo ?

I am quite curious. If one person gives one star how much would the rating drops? Does it drops by 0.05? I have quite a lot of case drop by that much lol. And when I got up to 4.95 again and mood went up suddenly I got shit again...

my rating was all the way 5 start till i pick this one bitch.

the next day ....rating dropped to 4.95 ....

waiting the day for grab to implement rider rating....

not every rider rate, my average is that 50% of riders only rate. you can check how many ratings you have by clicking on your user icon in the app.

after 100 ratings, each 1*= -0.04, 4*= -0.01 deduction on perfect 5.00 rating.
since grab say that 90% of riders give 5*, if you have no 1* in your last 100 ratings, then 4.90 rating means very good already since some riders think 4* is a good rating to give....

normal case, probably CS wont do much, but in this case is rider trying to game Grabshare system (which they are trying to promote), so likely they will escalate this complaint.

this week school holi starts. think not enough driver.
go out drive but dont keep kena pax cancellation.

So much P hours also feel lazy to drive.

ya that's why I think grab forecast wrongly demand this week, too many P hours is why I'm not driving now also. wait until 5 pm....maybe grab will increase the HP hours later...

Roadblock in KL, school holidays, SEA game, driver resting at P block, driver suspended or give up driving for Grab

LETS BOYCOTT driving for 12noon to 2pm, P hours as it should be HP

I kena today. Less driver on the road it seems. Very very high surge but need to request. No choice. No car now to go to work.
