not every rider rate, my average is that 50% of riders only rate. you can check how many ratings you have by clicking on your user icon in the app.
after 100 ratings, each 1*= -0.04, 4*= -0.01 deduction on perfect 5.00 rating.
since grab say that 90% of riders give 5*, if you have no 1* in your last 100 ratings, then 4.90 rating means very good already since some riders think 4* is a good rating to give....

I think the highest reported by grabber so far is around RM850 weekly for fulltime. I do it part time, driving in the morning and at night, full time during weekend. Can get around RM500++. Highest fare here is around RM37. Plenty of short trips. Roads are ok. Trips are confined to the town area, and plus the occasional airport and to MLNG/SMDS/PORT.

So far pro but I'm behaving flexi. Incentive will be tenfold lesser because after 1 or 2 cheap rides, sure kena bomb dgn high fare...

Did anyone have trouble connecting to server around 7.50-8pm? Not sure if it was just me (which means my phone network) or it affected Grab server too.

On another note, I really hate it when I  am pressing drop off, confirm etc etc button to complete a job and then suddenly get a ping, this sometimes causes the ping to be auto ignored and thus AR drop, chase like mad

Yeah, had similar experience with Celcom during that time. Dunno Grab or network provider.
