Guys, do the relocation fee still be imposed right now? I just relocated my unifi to a new place.

In my order summary, it stated that relocation fee is rm318. I have called 100 to clarify, but the CS said need to wait for my first bill before they can check about that relocation charge. Does anyone has experienced this before?

edit: my bill is out. No relocation fee been imposed.

Supposedly first relocation is free and second relocation is chargeable. However, in their website previously I have checked, it has been waived until further notice.
I relocated twice, last one in May last year and nothing is charged until now.

Agreed! I took the plunge with an Archer C7 and AC68, never regretted till this day. I feel like the power is in my hands!

I also get the same info from their website and faqs, but I am afraid if they started to impose the fee without announcing it publicly as their website appeared not well updated. I will update my question back once I get my first bill

Anyone of u here downgrade yr package? Currently I'm on free upgrade from 30Mbs from 50Mbs. I would like to downgrade to 10Mbs....reason is reduce my cost..bcoz I already using unlimited mobile data..

Is it the price is 110 or 129 ? How about 30Mbs...I checked with TM they said RM 179... but I saw here someone posting RM139/149 if im not mistaken..

I managed to get them to drop the price of 30Mbps from 179 to 139.. Which IMO, it's better than paying 129 for the 10Mbps Unifi Lite plan with "app only" Unifi TV. At least the 30Mbps comes with Jumbo Lite pack, if that's your thing. The 10Mbps was supposed to be just RM99 per month but classic TM shitty move, they forced on the app only Unifi tv thingy so they can charge an additional RM30 for services that people won't or can't use. But if you feel that you are okay with the 10Mbps and no STB.. Then save the extra RM10 per month then.

i'm using unifi 50mbps right now. the problem that i have is when i play my ps4 which is connected through lan cable, it makes my other devices such as laptop and phones have an incredibly slow connection even sometime i cant even access the internet. Any solution for this problem? thanx lyf.

am using 100Mbps (RM189 RYE package), setup as follow:

ASUS AC1200G+ as my router on groundfloor
TPLINK WA850RE as range extender on 1st floor
desktop PC on 2nd floor connected to the range extender via TPLINK WN821N wifi receiver

3 users in my home, normal web browsing, no heavy youtuber & i'm the sole person who torrents via BitComet at times & game via PS4 which is connected via LAN on groundfloor

my issue is whenever i'm torrenting & gaming, internet speed will slow down greatly, to the point that google mainpage take seconds to load, youtube mainpage take more than 10 seconds to load, and slow browsing speed to other sites as well. this issue is even more obvious when i'm torrenting.
and i've tried torrenting with only 1 file running, not multiple torrent files. and the D/L speed is only around 1000-2000kb/s, not lighting fast speed.

Try limit the torrent connection.. Try different number and see.. Try not push more than 200.

Fixed IP now an addon.. Any package will do.. But the fee is something like RM200 it not mistaken..
