QUOTE(mydurian @ Jan 17 2018, 12:21 PM) Apply for existing one first, get approval and or installation date.. Then only apply for termination of old account and return BTU. if your place has surplus ports and or the refuse the new install.. Then terminate first, return BTU and on the spot apply for new installation.. Wait days until installer comes over to install. |

No. You may need to pay for the cabling. Also for UniFi is pay first use later, in another word your first bill will consist of current month's prorated and full next month, a bit higher. Second month onward will be OK. |

Okay, here is the thing.
I’m frequently deal with “WAN Port Unplugged” issue, and I don’t have internet access because of this. From my encounter experience, it usually happen during the midnight. FYI, it is hostel, not home. We have 3 routers each floor that shared 50mbps connection. Each time it occurs, we have checked, and there are no physical cables being unplugged from the routers. I don’t think there is maintenance done by tm for almost every night, just my guess. I’m thinking to get tm support, but I lack of confidential information of registered user, which was done by previous graduated student. Can anyone help? PSA: New Archer C1200 beta firmware to fix the Google Home/Chromecast issue. See here for a write up by bro BookerLewitt:
“They do have the EU version (which is what we use) on the FAQ. Just updated mine (unifi EU V1) to the beta firmware. It wipes out all your settings, so before upgrading, make sure you keep your unifi username and password handy. Turns out the unifi specific firmware makes the router way shittier than it already is. After upgrading to the beta firmware, I noticed two big thing: 1. I no longer have to deal with the shitty @unifi thing on my SSID. It's no longer there. 2. There's a check for update button on the firmware settings page. Waiting for the Malaysian specific update might take a while (and there's two version locally, the TM and Time version), so if you're comfortable dealing with your router settings, I dont see any issue with upgrading with the firmware they provided. If shit go south, just flash the old firmware back.” Link here for clarification: http://www.tp-link.com/us/faq-2050.html This post has been edited by SilentVampire: Jan 18 2018, 08:10 AM |

I subscribed to the year end promotion in december for 30Mb/s (rm139), i signed for that and also was told it was 139 + GST but my first bill came and it was above RM 200. In the breakdown there were 3 costs. Internet, hyppTV jumbo lite, 1 time fee (rm 10). It seems i have been applied to hyppTV jumbo lite without being told or it being mentioned or seen anywhere when applying at tmpoint.
How do i go about this? MCMC is like next door to me. Even worse, my bill came via email late today and was dated 13th Jan. This post has been edited by System Error Message: Jan 18 2018, 04:31 PM |
