Guys, want to ask about Unifi Service Start Date in the new portal.

I subscribed to VIP30 in JUL/AUG 2015, and my contract period should be finished by now.

BUT in the new portal, my Service Start Date is listed as FEB 2017 when I received the free 30-50Mbit Thank You Campaign upgrade.

Is this the same for everyone?

u need not worry about this.

they check the records... if yr modem/btu is not good enough, they will change it.

just like the router.

i hv alcatel I-240G-T, no change.

Not worried.

Mine is the HG8240H. TM changed it to this in November when my old HG850a stopped working. Then during the RM10 100mbps upgrade a week later they changed it again to another of the same model.

HG8240H is the white one? Can take pic?

That's winbox.exe, Mikrotik routers' configuration software. Much faster than using the web config and, best of all, non-modal.
Ohh, thanks SW.

SLAAC all the way.

Bro, what does that mean? I don't know what is SLAAC. Is my setting ok?

My PC (Windows 10) is showing IPv6 Connectivity as No Internet Access so I want confirm if it's a router issue or a PC issue.
Thanks.

Bro, see here for an explanation for SLAAC: https://howdoesinternetwork.com/2013/slaac

He meant on your screenshot, in your router settings, 'GET IPv6 ADDRESS' above the'PREFIX DELEGATION', instead of DHCPv6, you indicate the 'SLAAC' circle. Get it?

I understand now and I will change it. Thank you.

No worries bro. Hope it will work now.

Still not working even after I changed it.

PC still showing IPv6 Connectivity = No Internet Access.
Are the other settings correct?
