Only happened in certain device, and I believed my particular PC have something wrong, and too painful to reformat my PC to start fresh.
I know, only certain devices have this issue, I have spent a long and tedious time to figure this out.
Since I don't know the exact cause and since disabling my IPv6 works, so I just do it until I found out the root cause.
