i received the sms for speed upgrade just add RM10/month and get hypptv jumbo worth RM720

just call and upgrade RM189 (exclude GST) for 100Mbps seems fine, just that 24 months contract
the person on the line mentioned this is bonanza plus package, the price remain after 24 months if does not change to any other package (including upgrade or downgrade)

i think after 1-2 years, there will be better package lol

i have one problem, the cheap router they gave, not with me anymore, the router sure cannot support 100Mbps lol, is very old silver box router, i have a better Asus AC1900 router, my question if the technician want to come install new router, i have to return the old router right?

how if i tell them no need change router, only change modem if needed so i no need return the old router which is no longer available, forgot where i throw

my contract ended already and i received sms, when i call in the person on the line said will check the system
you may try call 100, no harm trying

i have friend still have contract for his RM179 50Mbps, he subscribe on end of last year, this year July get free upgrade to 50Mbps, now also receive the sms that add RM10/month for speed upgrade to 100Mbps

i got 189 + GST = 200.34 only, jumbo pack is free in this bonanza plus upgrade, my existing ruby remain

i asked for any confirmation email or number, the person on the line said they will create a report for this upgrade request, and i login to unifi website, i go to My Activity, i do see a report id created at after the time i hang up the phone, but is CLOSED now... (the speed not yet upgrade haha)

the person on the line also mentioned to me dont worry, i can call back 100 to check with them after 7 days if nothing change, eventually my account will have submit the upgrade request after hang up the phone

the TM sms stated tomorrow 28 Nov 2017 will come my house install the upgrade (i think is my orange router not support), any time from 12:31pm to 7:30pm, stated the installer name and phone number

quite speechless with TM contractor sometime, call him no reply, sms and whatsapp seen also dont want reply... how the hell i have to waited him without doing thing from 12:31pm to 7:30pm.... really

i need to take leave also at least confirm he will come lol, when i first install UniFi 3 years back, the TM contractor told me 9am morning, when he actually reach my house, IT IS 2pm already....
