I am still waiting for my bill dated 16Dec eventhough the amount was already shown in my online account. Pathetic ICT conglomerate which operates like amateurs. Mediocre online accounts n still without apps .

Yes.. Same as a credit card limit. Once you hit (or just before) your TM bill limit, they'll suspend the connection pending bill settlement. Which last time has a RM10 reconnecting fee. Probably still in place today.

Yah I upgrade to 100mbps from the old 5mbps plan. Have filed complaint to TM via Unifi website, waiting for the reply. If no reply will file to MCMC too then.

you went 5->100 direct?

the lower price 179/189 are typically offered to some (not all!) that went 10->30->50 (free)->100.

That's weird. Usually the bill is available with the amount.. Cuz isn't that how the total amount was calculated.. hmm.gif

Bill history still shows last month bill dated 11Nov as the lastest downloadable bill.The up-to-date amount has changed from the last bill's amount.

Call 100 n was told latest bill will be available within a week but now already 11 days. How inefficient, n want us to pay ahead and promptly.

Need inform them after payment make, if you want reconnection can proceed faster.

Ya, I used online banking, CS will ask for receipt payment number for reconnection purpose.

Unifi implement download cap now? I go https://unifi.com.my/unifi-en/index.page to check something then i saw it got 60 gb monthly download limit???

For those who pay higher than RM189 for 50Mbps and 100Mbps and which to lodge complain to TM and MCMC better act fast, as told by the person who handles my case, they package only available to process until this week only.

The original unifi when 1st introduce.. 5/10/20Mbps plan come with 60/90/120GB.. But never enforce.. This is 7-8 years ago.. 2nd generation plan come with unlimited download.

The credit limit is set for you to spend until that amount.
You can call IDD until that amount or you can watch movies under VOD.

Anyone aware that for Unifi, the bill is advance payment basis? Where you pay on start date cycle, and not the usual end date cycle??
