Anyone using Dell Inspiron 3847 for the 100mbps Unifi? The wireless card is such a pain! Any remedies?

How would be the billing when you have terminated the Unifi Service (no contract) for the very last month? is it prorated or full charges billing?

.. Thing is, TM charges a month ahead for Unifi. Last time I terminated, bill was fully paid up and I’m fairly certain I wasn’t given a refund. Neither was a prorated bill given cuz well, they didn’t know I’d be terminating. Could also be that I actually timed the termination and reapplication dates.. Can’t remember now. Don’t think I’ve ever heard of anyone who terminated or upgraded to a more expensive plan and got a partial refund on what was paid before. So AFAIK, the full amount is charged and needs to be cleared in order to terminate.

fruitiesoonwai, I livechat with TM about the discount and they said need proof and depend on customer package etc. Mine is from 50mbps Thank You with Aneka to RYE 2017 with Ruby and Jumbo. Discount listed as RM150. Bill will be refresh 3rd of January of 2018. Now still showing old package bill price. How do I report this?

Just share a screenshot from soonwai and tell them you want similar one. You are supposed to get RM 200 discount and not RM 150.
They insisted it's correct and asked me to wait until my bill is out, I told them I have no time to wait for that and dispute another round. I requested them to calculate for me with RM 150 discount and I will need to pay only RM 189. Obviously they can't and filed a report for me.

Can someone show me how does the bill looks like with 100mbps +Mega pack + standard pack +600 minutes free = RM189 before gst.

Also, is Rm189 is the cheapest package for 100 mbps plan above?

guys, my bill for this month is RM201.67 before GST, shouldn't it supposed to be RM189 ? I have the Unifi Pro

my total fees for HyppTV is RM116, UniFi RM85.67 = RM201.67

Upgrade starts on 6 Dec

new bill date is 19 Dec to 18 Jan

Prorated Jumbo + full Jumbo + full Ruby.

but odd thing is previously the hypptv charge is lower than Residential high speed internet portion, but this latest bill is showing the opposite...
