Yes and now it is RM 70 for me after free upgrade to 50Mbps. They use RM 249 Advance 50 pricing as basis.

miri here...this evening started to slow down like hell

just upgraded to 50Mbps 2 days ago...no issue until today

hi, may I know which area in Miri is your house located at? I just checked with TM (after making a report regarding the bad connection issue) just now and there is still no schedule for the free upgrade for my line.

welp looks like something's wrong. i'm getting random disconnects and request timeouts every 3-4 mins

insider said TM dont even know what is wrong at this moment in time but they are aware of it

mine also slow here, but using vpn is back to normal

which miri area were you guys? i'm at pujut 9. unifi 30mbps, still not getting the free upgrade yet.

my line was really crappy since evening.
and the bad speed degrading since a few weeks ago didn't help either. and i thought i was the only one having bad speed.

i'm only getting around 7mbps DL since last month (which i just realized). it was a stable 7mbps-ish... lol, but of course it's not fair since we paid for 30mbps, not 7mbps.
sent complain email in the afternoon, and the line become worse in the evening lol. supposed to be the other way round.

I have unifi 30Mbps , worked fine until this afternoon. Superslow now.

I wonder what the problem is ?

Also how do you guys get the 50Mbps free upgrade? Still got offer available ?

I remember my parents telling me they got a message from TM but she didn't understand what they mean, something about an upgrade. I told my parents to say yes.. but they didn't do anything lol. Guess 30Mbps more than enough for them.
I was away from Miri and of course from my parents so can't tech support them .
