same here, same location. have you successfully made a report to the technical team on 100? it seemed the queue is so long that my call was redirected to another department, and I was told that the technical team will call me back, still waiting. Queue at TM Live Chat seems to take forever too, or perhaps my connection dropped hence I dropped out of the queue. I wonder is this nationwide problem or just Miri/Sarawak, speedtest result with tm's server seems perfect.

Yeah im from miri aswell..unifi is dang slow rite now..i tot im the only one who has this problem

which miri area were you guys? i'm at pujut 9. unifi 30mbps, still not getting the free upgrade yet.

my line was really crappy since evening.
and the bad speed degrading since a few weeks ago didn't help either. and i thought i was the only one having bad speed.

i'm only getting around 7mbps DL since last month (which i just realized). it was a stable 7mbps-ish... lol, but of course it's not fair since we paid for 30mbps, not 7mbps. 
sent complain email in the afternoon, and the line become worse in the evening lol. supposed to be the other way round.
