I am looking to relocate my unifi but my new condominium only has TIME Fibre.

What is the process in this situation and do I need to pay any cancellation fees when terminating Unifi?

If they check and your area doesn't have UniFi, then they will check if there is Streamyx; if still no Streamyx, you can terminate without any penalty.

I actually prefer them to offer me pure internet 5mbps, no TV shit, at lowest posible price. May be RM50-80

yeah... small island, S'pore always have better infrastructure compare to us in here.
Looking at Thailand (nearly two times area size of M'sia), they have much faster internet speed than us!

even our close neighbours have better and cheaper internet...

can existing Adv 50Mbps opt for Webe add-on?
RM199 for Adv 30. RM248 for Adv + Webe.

same here, same location. have you successfully made a report to the technical team on 100? it seemed the queue is so long that my call was redirected to another department, and I was told that the technical team will call me back, still waiting. Queue at TM Live Chat seems to take forever too, or perhaps my connection dropped hence I dropped out of the queue. I wonder is this nationwide problem or just Miri/Sarawak, speedtest result with tm's server seems perfect.

Yeah im from miri aswell..unifi is dang slow rite now..i tot im the only one who has this problem

guys my router keeps timing out every like 7 to 12 hours. The stock router is like 2 years old and a half. Is my router dying?

Same issue here. 30mbps package got 0.30mbps download speed. Upload is normal, about 9mbps.

From Miri as well, also waiting the "call back team" for troubleshoot and "port reset".

but my neighbours are all alright lol
