i'm using 50mbps (thank you surprise) and paying RM189 inclusive gst, anyone got the same as mine able to add RM10 and upgrade 100mbps?

Yep, you also Sg Long? Which model Huawei? If the old fast ethernet model then TM will change it to gigabit model before activating 100mbps upgrade. My old and new BTU, both also Huawei.

Mine is RM 179 50Mbps TQ Surprise package too and got SMS to upgrade to 100Mbps with additional RM 10.

Yep, I got the upgrade. I'm on RM179 TQ Surprise 50mbps and will be paying RM189 soon for 100mbps.

i got the same package and was able to upgrade to 100 mbps for additional RM 10 per month.

Went to TM point on monday and got the upgrade 4 hours later

What BTU do you have currently? That's the one that TM wants to change. From FE to GE model. Your C1200 no problem for 100mbps.

called 100 on monday to upgarde to 100mbps... but till now no news on upgrade yet. cant't wait for my 100mbps !!!

my BTU is similar to streamyx silver box type

They did not replace any equipment for me.

But i keep doing speedtest and able to reach 100mbps down and about 45-48mbps upspeed

If FE, have to wait for TM contractor to come and change new one before you get the 100mbps upgrade.

Today i went to TM Point Puchong branch for upgrade to Bonanza RM10. Also rejected. Very frustrated already. She told me, i already got free upgrade from 30Mbps to 50Mbps Thank you surprise. Then, cannot upgrade to RM189 anymore because very cheap. WTF

@soonwai Huawei HG8240 model silver colour. Dont know whether it is Ethernet or gigabit? how to differentiate both of them?

Still waiting patiently.... since monday.

cannot be wor, mine also 30 Mb to 50mb thankyou surprise upgrade and I hv done my rm10 to 100mb at TM Point Quill City Mall. You might need to try another TM Point

those requested upgrade at 100 might hv to wait for 7 working days and those who did it at TM Point will get it after 2-3 hours. but i think there are one or two people here managed to upgrade via calling 100 after 2-3 days

I see, later i try call 100 see if can upgrade to 100mbps with extra RM10.
So the monthly fee will be RM200.34 (Inclusive GST)..... seems like quite expensive lol
