Just called the 100 to upgrade to 100 mbps for RM 10 top up just now. so now, do i need to change router or modem? or wait technician to call me? or wait for email confirmation enough already? Thanks

called 100 on monday to upgarde to 100mbps... but till now no news on upgrade yet. cant't wait for my 100mbps !!!

@soonwai Huawei HG8240 model silver colour. Dont know whether it is Ethernet or gigabit? how to differentiate both of them?

It seem like those who walk into the TM centre got their upgrade already as compared to those who made their upgrade via 100. Is that true???

RM189 after RM 10 upgrade should come together with both free call and jumbo pack... This is what I knew from the conversation.

live chat with TM and was told that no order has been created for my account yet and they asked me if i remember who i spoke to for the speed upgrade. My reply was of course nope. Nothing is shown in their system for my case and hence they didn't process my thing at all. Wasted one week of waiting. Now they say open report on my case and take several days to get back to me... And worst they even ask me to screenshot the sms to show them but i told them all conversation is recorded and why shall i do so again. Frustrated with them now! So if possible, whoever who did via 100, pls follow up with them.

Just got my upgrade done to 100mbps.. call 100 to upgrade last monday. Partly, why I got it done today is coz I go make some noise this morning to TM. Hahaa... And yeah, it work!

By right, System problem is on their end. they could just leave all those router. And notified you once the system is done for your upgrade. Then no need to arrange for them to come again. This is the most mafan thing... Need to wait the freaking whole day just for them to come. Plus most of time, never come on time.
