went to tm upgrade from 4mpbs to 30mbp unifi rm139 promo. i have question. is it jumbo pack free for 12month only instead of 24month same as unifi contract?

HyppTV and wired phone. The installer will bring HyppTV box and configure it for you during installation. For the wired phone, you will have to redeem it from TM Point. They will redeem 3500 point from your existing TM Rewards point. The counter lady told me the DECT phone is only for those who subscribed to Rm199/month or above plan.

i just called to upgrade mine bonanza rm10.
i am OG unifi customer from VIP 5 then got free upgrade to VIP 10.
they said will take 7 working days for it to complete and wait for email

Most important you must visit different TM Point. Some TM Point will tell you cannot downgrade from RM149 to RM139 Unifi Advance 30M. But some TM Point will do for you directly. Please try different TM Point.
