Bata: i've ben working out since 16 yo.  but back then was a noob just simply lifting weights on and off and doing mostly isolation exercises. only last year, oh wait... 2 years back started doing it more seriously testing diets and programmes here and there. but i didn't swith diets/programme after 12 weeks on it.  Cos this kinda stuff takes a while to see results..  King83: not bad.. can see some bulk here and there. but some of the pics angles makes it hard to see anything. i think would be better if you got someone to shoot you... (as in shoot pictures  ) those angle shots hard to see la.. (or maybe i'm noob) can see some bulk on the lower back up in one of the shots. This post has been edited by Neek: Apr 13 2007, 11:46 AM

hahaha, maybe just clean up diet more? i can't really give advice on bulking up since i'm having a miserable time doing that myself. but on the getting lean side, i can give some SIMPLE advice la. however, those simple advice is already all over the health and fitness forum.  so no need kua. ppl like darklight, musclemass, free enuf shd be giving advice on getting big! Pizza, you and i are quite different le. you're a powerbuilder... and you're choosing to stay at that size, for good reasons too. as for me, i wanna get bigger.. bodybuilder wannabe.  but had a tough time when i tried bulking... gonna give bulking another shot in a couple of months.
