Think about it... 33.14g of fat is 298kcals. There's so much other food i'd rather eat that 1 stupid slice of cheese that won't even feel a thing in my tummy. IMHO

Mahal la cottage cheese. Last time IIRC around RM8 per small tub of 2 servings @ Cold Storage. If your vagina is yeast-infected, it will discharge a white substance that's cottage cheese-like. So IMHO cottage cheese tastes more like vagina than ON Cookies & Cream

Getting Started

Cottage cheese is plenty here in Aus, I tried once and it taste like sh*t. But, if you spread across a sandwich, it doesn't taste that bad afterall. And yet, low fat!

cotatge cheese cost a bomb for RM9 for only 2 servings... so i hardly take them. i'm taking syntha 6 now... another casein protein. i think its about rm4 per one scoop serving... can't remember.. few cents cheaper, more protein and less fats than cottage cheese.
Anyway, even without casein protein, you can still get the results you want.. IMHO, casein just gonna help a lil bit.
