it doesn't actually work that way. people shouldn't be so concern of the weight scale. its all about how u look on the mirror. if u are on the perfect ideal weight of your BMI or wat so ever calculation, but u look shit on the mirror. doesn't that mean u r fit or hot or perfectly balances body wat so ever right?

and also taking 2 scoops of pre bed is not wrong as well. advance traners take up to 8 scoops of whey on workout day. u'll never know how much protein your body needs. and for bodybuilding/weightlifters/powerlifters/athelete, the recommended protein intake is 1.5 grams per pound of body. so taking 2 scoops is not really too much |
