One question though, I've just started weight training (to burn more fat) and find myself easily burn out at even low weight.
How should i move from there?

Just keep doing it although it's hard. Take rests in between if you really cant make it but try not to give yourself excuses. How should i move from there? |

Hi I need help too. I'm 17 coming 18. Approx 180cm. Weigh 89kgs. Therefore BMI = 27.4. I play badminton at a quite high level. 4 times a week. I go to the gym too,but the thing is,i want to lose weight, and gain a bit of muscle. I heard that if we gain muscle we'll gain weight, and if we want to lose weight,we'll need to lose some muscle? Very confused :S
Im targeting to reach 80kgs. I dont really care about the BMI as my muscles weights quite a lot too. |

I need to lose as much body fat before the body fat test end of this month.
I am so sick of my muscles playing hide and seek with me haha.... * Please note that I am not planning to lose weight, just body fat, weight = fat + lean body mass. Losing lean body mass under any circumstances is a bad thing |

As they say...
its not the quantity of the weight, but the QUALITY of the movement |
