One question though, I've just started weight training (to burn more fat) and find myself easily burn out at even low weight.

How should i move from there?

just stick to the current weight until you're strong. there's not shortcuts. Just keep doing it although it's hard. Take rests in between if you really cant make it but try not to give yourself excuses.

Hi I need help too. I'm 17 coming 18. Approx 180cm. Weigh 89kgs. Therefore BMI = 27.4. I play badminton at a quite high level. 4 times a week. I go to the gym too,but the thing is,i want to lose weight, and gain a bit of muscle. I heard that if we gain muscle we'll gain weight, and if we want to lose weight,we'll need to lose some muscle? Very confused :S

Im targeting to reach 80kgs. I dont really care about the BMI as my muscles weights quite a lot too.

Joined Fitness 1st month ago recommended by my fren. Normally I will start my day in gym doing cardio for 30mins and another 30mins for weight lifting. I start with my weight 97.6Kg (179cm) and after a month managed to reduce to 93Kg. My fren really inspire me with him lose 15kg in 3 months. He started with 98kg and now 83kg. My target is to reach 80kg smile.gif

I need to lose as much body fat before the body fat test end of this month.

I am so sick of my muscles playing hide and seek with me haha....

* Please note that I am not planning to lose weight, just body fat, weight = fat + lean body mass.
Losing lean body mass under any circumstances is a bad thing

As they say...

its not the quantity of the weight, but the QUALITY of the movement
