Your diet, consists so much carbo. Should try to reduce or at least, avoid as much as possible. Eat more veges, preferable boiled or steamed and season it with salt for flavouring. Meat, try to avoid fats, if you notice them, cut and trim 'em. I would normally go for chicken breast fillets, they are low in fat and great source of protein. And for the jog, try at least 40mins, I think thats even better than sky walker. I know it sounds hard, but you should be familiarized with it in no time.me details as below
