that's not much of a difference there, my fren.
If u can rep up to 12, then it's too light for you.

since u're asking which is better for fat loss, i'd say high reps.
but please, if u wanna compare, take a 5 rep one with a 15-20 rep as example.

i use to do 10 all the time...
but i remember u telling me everyone is different.
Some are better at lows, others a bit higher.

but eversince i started doing 5s, i feel stronger.

Depends on the intensity you run.
Running 10km an hour obviously burn more calories then running 10km in 2 hours.

Bulking is not an excuse to become fat.
your goal is to achieve caloric excess while keeping fat gain at a minimum.
So don't eat like there's no tomorrow.
If you like eating, wait till you get bigger mass...
you will hafta eat more just to maintain, and for caloric excess, you need to
eat even more

Yes, cycling is cardio... any form of aerobic is, even rope skipping.

unless you're that freaking big, any excess protein will get stored as fat.
and don't forget your milk, there's already some protein there.
going 2 scoops will not make u any bigger.

it's like saying i'll drink this whole tub of whey today and get big tomorrow.

i understand ON are the best tasting ones... but still, all whey tastes like crap.
I would choose to drink any softdrinks over whey at any given day for the taste.
But still, we drink it for its nutritional value. Whey is just nasty... so i was surprised
to see someone enjoying its taste.


and jones, cookies and cream DOES NOT taste like vagina.

my feedback on the ones i've tasted,
double choc --> tastes like ass

i just advised not to drink 2 scoops for prebed else u'll become fat.

i don't know what ur reason to wanting to drink 2 scoops, but as for as i'm concerned,
nobody will want to gain fat.

your friend is an idiot... let him drink 2 scoops and get fat.
You only need to drink that much if you are fukking big.
