No. Funnily I started being able to do some decent running after doing 100kg leg presses. It gives the 'autorun' effect for whatever reason. So instead of dragging my legs in order to improve stamina, I really use it to my advantage.

After that, train slowly from 15 mins to 20 mins to 25 mins (check my earlier entries).

It's nice to have stamina. Helps with weights too smile.gif

1 tub has 77 servings. Around one month. But I'm pretty kedekut and take only on workout days for post-workout. Could stretch it till 2 months wink.gif

hi all
me details as below

age = 27
kg = 108
cm = 185

went to gym regularly for pass 3 week
jog and walk to warm up for 20 min. no stamina to go further also

then continue with this ski
for 30 minute

then this
90 kilo for 100 times

bfast normal noodle stuff
noon chap fan or noodle
night sometimes soya
sometimes light vege and meat

please comment and help
look fat

The first thing u need to know is there's so such thing at spot reduction. Means u target on ur abs to lose the fats around your abs.

The only way to lose weight is cardio cardio cardio . Run , or do sky walker (I love it) and watch tv if your gym has it.Lolx , if u are extremely fatso like the before me , try 1 hour moderate cardio . I know its really tough at first but gradually u will love it cos the results will tell u from people mouth.

Besides cardio , u need to do weight training to maintain your muscle mass. Do some full body workout 2 days per week before cardio. Thats how I lost great amount of fats in 7months time .

Oh yeah , diet is important too.

since i cant jog or run much
i target to make my sky walker time longer.

Your diet, consists so much carbo. Should try to reduce or at least, avoid as much as possible. Eat more veges, preferable boiled or steamed and season it with salt for flavouring. Meat, try to avoid fats, if you notice them, cut and trim 'em. I would normally go for chicken breast fillets, they are low in fat and great source of protein. And for the jog, try at least 40mins, I think thats even better than sky walker. I know it sounds hard, but you should be familiarized with it in no time.

but for jog 40 minute still never reach that stage yet

guys....need some advice >.<
How many scoops of whey do you use ? Like syd g...i take only during my post workout and everynight before i sleep. So far I've been taking 1 scoop only.

Does it depend on much you workout? i'm only working with dumbbells though

Also I dont take my protein shake in the morning though.

I've been reading here and there...they did advice..for non workout days....to drink 1 in the morning and 1 for prebed?
