hi all me details as below age = 27 kg = 108 cm = 185 went to gym regularly for pass 3 week jog and walk to warm up for 20 min. no stamina to go further also then continue with this skifor 30 minute then this90 kilo for 100 times bfast normal noodle stuff noon chap fan or noodle night sometimes soya sometimes light vege and meat please comment and help look fat

or is it 90 pound ? i mean the weight i set there wrote 90 do it 100 times hehhe sorry ha beginer

i do some weightlisfting for sholuder and arm also. yes since i cant jog or run much i target to make my sky walker time longer. thanks for the advice.

i try hard to reduce high card food nowaday but for jog 40 minute still never reach that stage yet we try to improve slowly
