the HIIT...first they say when u sprint..ur heart beat rate shd be 80-90% so calculate my age 26..my max heart beat shd be 194 then 80% shd be ard 180bpm...
then i try this HIIT on a bike...i try to reach 170bpm is very difficult..the max i can reach is only 160++~...wondering how to push to 180++? |
