got, we even got free unifi for 2 years..no need to install any cable unless want to put router upstairs

u mean SKLIA? I think so far, safe to consider it as cancelled because for new project near Eka Matahari, the SKLIA is not considered for traffic dispersal sweat.gif

Hi everyone, I just signed my bank LOA for a Clover unit last week. Supposedly tomor I go sign SPA. But then the more I read and watch, the more I lose my confidence with BSS.

May I know:

1) Is the quality still bad, especially those new finish houses?
2) Does BSS improve their after sales? Especially for defect claim?
3) Is it too late if I were to cancel my LOA? Can bank impose a penalty if I do so?

I don't mind losing the RM500 booking if it meant to save half a mil.

BTW I'm currently working in Subang Jaya and staying in own flat, about 5 min walk to work only.

Half a million?

People bought unit almost to million pun rumah still ada roof leaking, wall cracking, uneven tiles, poor finishing etc..

Is there any other property developer who always got leaking problem other than Matrix Concept? I am trying to justify this by thinking other developer may have this kind of defect too but cant find any. Just isolated cases here and there but not as worse as Matrix. Might be due to design or built quality.

I asked my friend buying premium price house from other top developers such as Sime Darby or IJM, it's not a gamble at all...yes some have major defect too but after repair will be in perfect condition. Should we even buy property if it is a gamble? It's hundreds of thousand u know.

My unit. After 5yrs.
- wall crack (structural)
- ceiling leaks
- tiles popped up. (50% of top floor)
- car porch ceiling plaster falling apart.

Spent 40k+ to repair. Matrix dont want to take responsibility due to exceeded defect liability period. I mean its only been 5yrs. God knows what is going to fall apart next.

So don't worry, just make sure you got deep pockets 5yr down the road. All your discounts are going to be spent to repair the low quality product.

If anyone think I'm making this up, go read this same FB post by another member here.

hi all. Am exploring property to purchase for own stay outside Klang valley. Came across Matrix in bdr sri sendayan. Saw this launch Ervina which is a semi dee...fell in like with the design n location.

But was hoping if you guys have any advise b4 we bite the bullet to relocate...

if u buying for invest and planning to sell in few years time then definitely a no.
read previous pages u can see about the development.
if buying to stay then it's good. cause the enviroment is nice. not many people cause i think buyer are not moving in yet. mostly from KL people who bought to invest.
development wise there is progress but very slow.
last but not least. dont trust the agent about the speed of which u travel from sendayan to KL area. best is to test yourself.
PS : word of advice. buy a house close to where u work. you wont end up in traffic jam and u will save money in the process.
i have a friend who bought a house in sendayan. but now renting another house somewhere because close to work. complete waste of money if u ask me.
