I think infrastructure in term of expressway project in MVV needs to progress but might be in slow mode to complete to ease of accessibility in future

ERL extension from KLIA to Spore compare with ETS (upgrade the existing infra) not much difference in travelling time

ERL top speed is about 170km/h whereas ETS top speed is about 140km/h

i have a friend who bought a house in sendayan. but now renting another house somewhere because close to work. complete waste of money if u ask me.
