QUOTE(BSS30112015 @ Jun 18 2018, 09:54 AM) [attachmentid=9863660] this one is not HSR, is call High Speed ETS PETALING JAYA: An alternative proposal to have a railway link to Singapore by upgrading the present infrastructure will only cost the government RM20bil – much lower than the high speed rail (HSR) project which will cost between RM60bil and RM70bil. The proposal will also save the government some RM500mil as it will not need to re-negotiate with Singapore since the plans that have been put in place by the authorities in the republic will not be disrupted. According to sources, the Council of Eminent Persons (CEP) has been briefed on the alternative plan that utilises the existing double-track infrastructure of Keretapi Tanah Melayu (KTM). The only major difference is the travelling time of 130 minutes to Singapore compared with 90 minutes by the HSR. https://www.thestar.com.my/business/busines...hrvEYBYmIuD7.99 Distance between Seremban Railway Station and d'Tempat Country Club of BSS is about 15km (17 minute travelling time), roughly the same distance between the proposed HSR Station & the clubhouse. https://www.google.com/maps/dir/Seremban,+B...6739292!3e0 |

ERL extension from KLIA to Spore compare with ETS (upgrade the existing infra) not much difference in travelling time
ERL top speed is about 170km/h whereas ETS top speed is about 140km/h |

QUOTE(ron4 @ Jun 25 2018, 02:07 PM) “Even if the authorities upgrade Malaysia’s Keretapi Tanah Melayu (KTM) railway infrastructure as a cheaper alternative to the Kuala Lumpur-Singapore high-speed rail project, it may still take time and need substantial work. And the move may turn out to be penny wise and pound foolish further down the road, with Singapore and Malaysia left behind while other countries pursue a regional high-speed rail network."Even some developed countries also do not have HSR ma! |

QUOTE(gkweng @ Jul 10 2018, 04:42 PM) You're not alone. Especially during night time keep "loading / buffering" . But normal surfing or Youtube is fine. most properly the area of network infra not so good was fully fibre optic cable from DB to internal house installed or just VDSL (just copper cable at home)? |

QUOTE(kimchi rider @ Jul 21 2020, 08:49 PM) My unit. After 5yrs. my friend is staying there, he complained a lot of issue especially leaking portion at Car Porch. - wall crack (structural) - ceiling leaks - tiles popped up. (50% of top floor) - car porch ceiling plaster falling apart. Spent 40k+ to repair. Matrix dont want to take responsibility due to exceeded defect liability period. I mean its only been 5yrs. God knows what is going to fall apart next. So don't worry, just make sure you got deep pockets 5yr down the road. All your discounts are going to be spent to repair the low quality product. If anyone think I'm making this up, go read this same FB post by another member here. https://www.facebook.com/sendayanupdate/pos...797835867420767 |

QUOTE(ToniV @ Aug 1 2020, 02:51 PM) if u buying for invest and planning to sell in few years time then definitely a no. Sedayan House can become weekend home, weekdays in KL read previous pages u can see about the development. if buying to stay then it's good. cause the enviroment is nice. not many people cause i think buyer are not moving in yet. mostly from KL people who bought to invest. development wise there is progress but very slow. last but not least. dont trust the agent about the speed of which u travel from sendayan to KL area. best is to test yourself. PS : word of advice. buy a house close to where u work. you wont end up in traffic jam and u will save money in the process. i have a friend who bought a house in sendayan. but now renting another house somewhere because close to work. complete waste of money if u ask me. |
