i went to sendayan few times over the past years.. until today, still look like ghost town..

wonder is it good to invest in sendayan? or better in seremban 2 or senawang?

bro, u sure bss population is 30k?

i have been at bss few times since last year, and everytime i pass by there, its like ghost town (aka like in resident evil, biggrin.gif ).. hardly see any ppl, and most houses unoccupied

question is, how long it will takes for it to be happening? i worry i old d oni can see it to happen.. sendayan progress over the past 5 to 8 years is quite slow, from my opinion..

even s2 need >15 years for it to become what it is today

anyone staying in forest height? how's the quality of the house? the design is nice, but wonder why it does not get the hype of s2, bss or ainsdale..

IJM is giving out 20% rebates currently to completed units. Good thing is that I can move in straightaway. And I think that based on location and reputation, easier to sell.

Not thinking much about profit bcoz it is for own stay, but I am planning in case if I need to shift elsewhere and the house need to be get rid of. Of course cannot sell at a lose also.
