My agent text me, inform matrix will be launching final phase of resort homes project - terrace link crisantha

Launching date 16/7. Land size 24*70, build up 2800+ sq ft and starting price for bumi is RM664,888 and for non bumi RM738,888.

I am guessing this is the most expensive terrace link house matrix ever sold in BSS ( compare Selling price vs land size/build-up).

Lunaria 1,2 & 3 (also at resort homes) have larger land size (22*85) and build up area around 3200 sq ft. but the selling prices is similar to crisantha selling price.

Lunaria 1 & 2 sold out already while lunaria 3 has 20+ unsold units.

Yup. Many complain about lack of commercial businesses...
There's plan for Hospital previously.. but I think that gone already since they took over Mawar Specialist Center.. don't tell me they want to have 2 hospital at same time under their group 😁

If the commercial is as bad, might as well move the focus to Nilai. The price doesn't differ that much but in terms of location, Nilai is moving much faster

But do you guys think with the involvement of Dsara Realty now, it will help to grow the commercial aspect of BSS at a faster rate?. Anyone has any knowledge if Matrix is looking to revive/build more on the commercial areas?.

we still dont know yet the scope of damansara realty project, hopefully they will be more creative in inviting business then matrix

i dont think Matrix are doing anything about the commercial area, as long as they can sell the building, then they just let the owner find the tenant

many businesses still not dare to invest here yet, even kip group also still not build their kipmart here eventhough they already put the piling long time ago

talking about ainsdale, it looks like the commercial area there called frontier city is not by sime darby property but other developer, quite interesting, can check at http://frontiercity.my, and they started building already bangwall.gif bangwall.gif

Anybody got fully furnished (modern, and very fully furnished) units for rent? My lease is up soon. I'm presently paying 5000 at Hijayu 3 Fellona and am happy to stay unless there is a strong offer otherwise.

The transit to KLIA is never 30 minutes. On a very, very good day it's 40 or so. I always budget 50, and maybe it's closer to 45. This is a huge improvement, in road quality more so than time, since I moved in nine months ago. They seem to be getting rid of two-lane roads left and right, as they should be. When I moved in, it wasn't much different than going to KLCC, depending on the route the driver took.

belum mature lagi kot... all find it risky to start business there. matrix house price pun consider on the higher side. that being said... i dont know how IJM is selling.

Once approved, the new set-up would be known as the Matrix Mawar Medical Centre.

Lee said SHSB will also assume MHC's liabilities estimated at RM33mil once the licence is approved.

What i undestand is matrix is taking over mawar medical centre in bandar seremban who is having financial problem and forced to close earlier this year and want to change the name to matrix mawar medical centre, thats all. if anything it is less likely they will build another hospital now as they already bought the ready made one, dont you think so?
