Developer changed the balance Elysium (87units) to link house (170+units) in 2017 according to their KM approval by Perbandaran Majilis Nilai. At the point of sales the developer never inform me about the change and still told me the resort home Elysium will be all in semi detached. I'd brought up my concern to Matrix and their legal said they have the right to change any of the project layout plan without informing their buyers. But for my case, they should inform me as they already have all this information yet they still tell me the nice resort home concept with nice surrounding & landscaping which full with semi detached. If this information was available at the point of sales. My decision of purchase would have been different.

so your house area got both semi-d and link houses? higher population in your neighbourhood?

It only consist very minimum amount of link houses initially before they change the semi detached to link house. But now, the majority are link houses and only minimum units of semi detached which they claimed this is a resort home kind of concept. But at the end it's just a normal link house project.

This is not acceptable since they already has the approval to change the semi detached to link house how come this information was made known the purchasers? Which I disputing this issue with them now. I need more buyers to come forward if you think that you have been misled by developer.

Maybe because semi-D that is 1.4 million is hard to get buyer, compared to link house a bit easier
