Its 70km++ from BSS to KLCC, maybe u should try to consider other option such as eco majestic, cybersouth city or nilai impian, around 40km++ to KLCC, still can get that price range with smaller size. But depend on ur preference too if for own stay, I suggested u see ur self all projects and surounding before make purchase. Personally i like BSS a lot.

dont know bought edy or not. for sure expensive. maybe owner rent first. i saw got a few shop lots being built near suriaman also. in front of suriaman 3. near kipmart if not mistaken. anyone can confirm this?

yes it's called suriaman biz, opposite kip central. so far the kip central is quite empty even after 1+ year completed.

Total launches surpassed RM1 billion but take up rate reduced from 80.7% as at 31/12/2018 to 67.3% as at 31/3/2019.

Most launches are in Tiara Sendayan and Ara Sendayan not the original BSS itself.

looks like their strategy to focus on launching property only already backfired, previously they should focus on attracting investor to open more business in BSS like hypermarket, bank etc.

now people found out they have to go to seremban 2 to do the most basic things, better they just buy house in s2

let see what matrix will do to tackle this problem, or maybe they already have exit plan (e.g not building mega project like hospital and mall as planned)
