Maybe PD waterfront condo 😎😎
Since I heard so much good thing about it..
Also DSAI main operation center (ByElection) around the place.. Seems okay 😎

Last few weeks i saw 1 restaurant, 1 kindergarten, 1 laundry shop under renovation.

Got a church and few offices already operating i think.

I was informed by matrix staff, ara sendayan road is connected to Rasah Kemayan residential and a new road will be built to connect Nusari bayu and Iringan bayu project by OSK

today i saw 1 pet shop, 1 biscuit shop and 1 more restaurant under renovation at sendayan merchant square. i think more business will naturally open up next year due to new taman opening, more army personnel coming and more factories operating

That is the proposal from UEM if I'm not mistaken, it went cold after PH won the GE.

You may have missed the boat. The last good buy was the Lexis Hibiscus Water Chalets around 250k value. Now I think you can pick up some subsale for 400-500k IIRC. Very busy place nowadays in terms of occupancy. There are some new projects in the pipeline by the Avilion Group but dunno details yet. But generally PD is a very quiet place with a long coastline...just the way some ppl like it. cheers.

The PD waterfront condo call D'Wharf. Nowadays seems like their rental asking price has increased which may be a good sign for investors --occupancy quite good.
450sq ft studio starting price around 280k when launched. low floor and not seaview facing. The internal design quite bad IMO.

e.g. the water faucet at the basin blocks you from washing your face.
flooding in shower area and many more.

not songlap... actually high cost due to land re-claim fee....

see how many building on both side of that road especially housing and high value shop lot...

re-claim fee (or compensation) definately need to follow market price....

will joint to the big roundabout at ladang anggur(now closed) there... currently that roundabout 3 junction...will become 4 junction with this progress
