Put a bench under the chin up bar... Use it to kick yourself up when needed.

I just found out i got rubber legs. The reason i can't improve my
squat is becos my quads are weak.... but that didn't stop me from PR-ing
leg press 160kg 2x10. That's close to double my BW but still, my quads are
weak sad.gif

Breakfast (9 to 10am)
- 300ml goodday milk
- milo


Lunch (12:30pm)

- 1/2 rice + 1 serving vege + some meat

Tea- Break (3pm)
- 1 pear

preworkout (6:40pm)
- ayamas rice + 1pc chicken

workout (8pm)

- whey x2 + glucolin x2 + water
- 1PC fried chicken breast, some vege
- 2 tablet of fish oil before bed

hey y dont u put more weight on squat, give it a all go on squats, and use your remaining strength on leg press instead of saving energy for leg presses.

am already using all my strength.

i squat first before doing shoulder exercises.
That gives me time to rest for leg presses/leg exercises.

when u coming to MV again king? maybe i can share a tip or 2 to lift heavier for squats. been experimenting my self for quite sometime. i think it is worth giving a go
