The scales are usually off wan la... and i think they PURPOSELY use that to inflate the fat% so ppl would be more inclined to join the gym.
Still waiting to get my own calipers... cry.gif couldn't find any when i went searching this weekend sad.gif

instead of fried chicken, i had 2 steamed chicken breast last nite.
doesn't taste half that bad.

steamed chicken with carrot slices + some broccoli + salt to taste all wrapped in aluminium foil drool.gif drool.gif drool.gif

Instead of having chicken all the time, why not have canned tuna in brine?
It has at least 20g of protein for every 100g of tuna you consume. It also have the quality fish oil in it.

- 300ml HL milk
- milo
- pear

Lunch (12:30pm)
- 2 serving vege + 1 serving meat

Tea- Break (3pm)
- 2 pears

preworkout (6:40pm)
- ayamas rice + 1pc chicken
- cheese bread roll

workout (8pm)

postworkout (10pm)
- whey x2 + glucolin x2 + water
- chicken chop (grilled chicken, broccoli, corn, carrots. Threw away the potatoes lol)
- 2 tablet of fish oil before bed

As breakfast is your first meal of the day after several hours of not having anything, it would be better to have something that can be absorbed faster. Take milk before you sleep instead.

Been dieting down like a soldier.
Everytime i have cravings, i would msg syd.
and Syd can be pretty relentless. She NEVER lets me
indulge in ANY of my cravings. Not even 1 bite. But
gotta thank her.

Yesterday (sun, 22 April) went for another approx. 6km to 10km jog
in 70 minutes (90 minutes last week).

Here's this week's weight.
If i had to strip down to my boxers to get this reading,
so be it tongue.gif
