i don't see any other better package around available for my residential place other than unifi lite, which is the cheapest broadband i can get my hands on...

so i guess i'm happy to let TM extract more revenue from me for now.... stuck 2 years already...contract oh.......

Depends. Recent chat with tm appointed contractor said it don't simply mean if the VC cabinet is available at your area than unifi lite will be available. Yes, the cabinet is there but most of the VC cabinet now is still in the vegetative state. Lots of work need to be done especially to 'tarik' the existing wiring from the old distribution cabinet to the new VC Msan.

I've already asked 2 TMpoint center regarding the "RM129" package, they say they don't do such package. or say promotion is finished!???

I also ask Mika which is from the 1st page, but said "RM129 without voice are only open for certain event and for low unifi demand area only. Here only can promote RM149 with voice, for RM129 you need to check at main TMPoint whether you are under those exception."

I am stuck now! Any agent here can assist me getting this package? i'm upgrading from streamyx 4mb.

Finally, I can subscribe this and show the goons at TM Point that the package existed and can be subscribe.If they said that the package still can't be subscribe, then TM is still fcked up.

Guys, I wanted to ask, Does TM provide BTU for Unifi Lite under VDSL or only the modem ? I'm asking since my condo is using Unifi Advance 30Mbps and still using BTU eventhough the cable is VDSL2+.Hope somebody under VDSL can share the experience.Tq

Got to install unifi advance instead of unifi lite from bro mustaqim a month ago. As unifi lite took waiting process order too long. Worth the decision to take unifi 30mbps.

Trusted guy, even process my unifi within one week installation.

Was using streamyx 4mbps before that which sucks big time. Paying almost same as unifi but only got 0.7 - 1mbps speed only. Speed jumped to 30mbps and very stable.

Tq to bro mustaqim for his quick unifi process order and installation.

For those who still deciding whether to go for unifi lite, I suggest think about its stability and longer terms of aspect. Speed stability was also depending in your area.

I was informed unifi lite some use full fibre in certain area and some was using vdsl which is upgrade version of adsl. This I was not sure for certain as i was asking TM which diffirent2 tm agent on the phone regarding it. I bet some of them not even understood technical aspects as they are not from technical team so they would say it is the same as unifi full fibre.

The faster I manage to secure for my customer for Unifi Lite process take less than 3 working days included installation, PM me if you need my help but I only cover for Northern region.
