i bought up my order-ID to clarify with TM live chat again,
and yes once again they confirmed no penalty will be charged (they treat it as speed upgrade whatever their theory is)
if they're insisted penalty on your case,
then they're just being double standard ass.
did your agents say it's termination penalty or downgrade penalty? (huge diff price wise)

that's why I always have a habit -- screenshot every claims from live chat & TM official replies from various sources.
at least we have some black & white backup for counter arguments if they try to screw you up in future.

Its the correct way to do. Protect our rights. Luckily they count speed increase as upgrade, not price. 

If they were to use price, only 1Mbps upgraders are not affected.

You'd think with everything being computerised these days there would be only one correct way or doing things.

I contacted TM customer service...they say it comes in bundle and for unifi lite, only RM149 and the 600 mins voice call must be bundled together..

so now I am a bit confused...if the agents are correct or not? because now agent say can get RM129 without the voice call....

1. Are it because of Exchange  ?
2. Are it because of cabinet switch max ?
3. Are it because of  fdp max?
4. Are it they want to wait a lot of people then update 1,2,3  ?
