i dont get it. let say i dont care about the 3 or any months hypptv promotion.
what i want to know is very clear answer:
scenario: i will sign up to rm129 unifi lite plan
1. without HyppTV STB, how i am going to watch hypptv at my tv?
2. what is this hypptv everywhere apps?
3. standard for 24 months contract, which free channel i confirm can watch on daily basis?

i spend sleepless months on waiting my vip5 to become 10mbps and now the ppl that pay less than me, assuming they are subscribed to the lite @rm129 and is getting 10mbps

To waive the existing fixed line rental to become RM1, pls make sure UNIFI and existing fixed line must same owner ya. If not, you need to pay RM25++ for existing fixed line rental

I think i have such issue now. My phone line belong to my brother who already not staying with us. So now if i going to apply unifi lite i need to change the phone line owner name first? Anyone know how to do it? Do i need to ask my brother to come back and change?

I have this issue as well. Just need to go tm point. Make sure your bro go together then just sign phone transfer request. Very fast only if no queue.

Hi guys. Just to check. Anybody here downgrade from 30/50/100mbps unifi to 10mbps (RM129.00) ? What's the process like ? Planning to down my 100mbps to 10mbps (RM129.00) cuse cannot tahan TM being a bastard

so far their customer service seems quite nice...i have raised a few tickets since i installed my unifi and so far they attend to all my queries/request...
