hi everyone...
may I confirm that for current May 31, 2017 promotion...it's the free 9 most wanted hypptv channels for 3 months... but after 31 May, I can still get the package RM129 without the 600 mins call right? thanks! |

I contacted TM customer service...they say it comes in bundle and for unifi lite, only RM149 and the 600 mins voice call must be bundled together..
so now I am a bit confused...if the agents are correct or not? because now agent say can get RM129 without the voice call....  QUOTE(y561994 @ May 21 2017, 12:24 AM) I am not sure. hi...can you explain a bit more on the getting the RM26 monthly subscription waived? how come need to transfer to father for unifi?

i have this problem before of very noisy...for my case....it is the connection outside my house already rust/oxidized and so you need to call tm and ask the support to rewire your connection, it should solve the problem...usually i need to do this once a year for my streamyx...first the line disconnect from streamyx...then the voice call also becomes noisy... before finally totally no sound....

What is BTU? Sorry... New to unifi... so I have the fibre connecting all the way to a huawei grey color box... I think it is the modem or BTU ... then from that grey box to Tp link archer wireless router via Ethernet. The cable connect from fibre to the grey huawei box is via a soft white cable...

Confirm can watch from pc... must use ie or safari. I tried with safari and need to download plugin only.... it works...

Hi all... assuming if I wanna buy a router myself for my unifi lite... any specific settings I need to follow? Or basically just setup use the username and password and it will work?
Want to make sure before i commit buying a new router... thank you. |

How you know it is the same range as hypptv address plz?

Check if due to upgrading works? If you call 100... there's an announcement about upgrading work and will impact service and connection....

IPTV: 10.79.102.131 So by right...the phone should get something like what IP address? sorry...a bit noob on networking stuff...i thought as long as each device got their own IP address, ok already... i have some issue with my phone accessing the internet as well... maybe this is the issue also....i'll go back and check my phone IP... my phone now when connected to wifi...cannot upload...i am not sure if this is the issue causing this problem.... so what is the acceptable and not acceptable IP range? anything 10.79.xxx.xxx is IPTV range? thanks! Ok... I am having a problem now where all phones connected to Wi-Fi... the upload got limited or blocked...

I have tried with and without ipv6...
Whenever I use speedtest on my phones... there will be 0 bytes uploaded. On some app like Mudah...or Shopee.. no data uploaded and it will cause issue to my app... Tried on all 3 phones... Have you filed a ticket with unifi?

Hi all... anyone can confirm if we can use any old router to connect to unifi via pppoe? Or we need to get unifi compatible router?
I tried on my old streamyx router... doesn't seem to be able to connect... what is the MTU I should put in? Thx Thank you. |
