I think i have such issue now. My phone line belong to my brother who already not staying with us. So now if i going to apply unifi lite i need to change the phone line owner name first? Anyone know how to do it? Do i need to ask my brother to come back and change?

I've already asked 2 TMpoint center regarding the "RM129" package, they say they don't do such package. or say promotion is finished!???

I also ask Mika which is from the 1st page, but said "RM129 without voice are only open for certain event and for low unifi demand area only. Here only can promote RM149 with voice, for RM129 you need to check at main TMPoint whether you are under those exception."

I am stuck now! Any agent here can assist me getting this package? i'm upgrading from streamyx 4mb.

Register the RM129 at TMpoint on 20/06 before Raya, till today no email or call from TM...normal???

No appointment made. The girl who help me to register told me raya is too near so after raya only installer will contact me.

When to TMpoint today, ask them why i apply from 22/06 till now no one contacted me, they check for few mins and told me dun know the reason also.

They told me already saw my information in system. Ask me to wait for 2 more weeks....if no one contact me then come back again!!! WTF...

Just got my unifi lite 2 days ago.
Everything is fine and good. Thanks all for the help.

But i do have some question to ask.

1. The free phone how to collect? Do i need TM reward point or just go and collect it from tmpoint?

2. The Hypptv everywhere i got the id and password but i still cannot login, how come?

3. The D-Link router which is DIR-850L. I am having some slow down speed when using wifi with my phone or ipad, anyone have this issue?
