wanted to followup abit on this. when you said from building to house using copper wouldnt it be similar to your parent's setup? like needing a vdsl splitter?

if your area is fiber zone, i don't think tm will let you use this method.
for my parent's house, the cabinet on street is about 400m distance.

even using the same modem, but setup is different

You spent RM8.60 (+GST) on phone calls or other value-added service? check your bill.
If you upgrade from Streamyx to Unifi, you should also get your Streamyx bill soon as it is yet to be terminated.

Oh They installed on 6/7, not 8/7.
Good thing is Free itemized billing and Caller ID Presentation. If Streamyx, have to pay RM1+RM3.

I think yours is without std20 and phone is not VoIP.

yes, phone is not VOIP
there is a VDSL splitter before going into modem router
and i realize hypptv package is different with @xcxa23 & @mbj78

correct lo, yours is unifi lite rm99 + ruby pack rm30 = rm129

this bill has many proration charges for streamyx (cuz you cut) + proration unifi lite (cuz subscribed mid of the month) + advance for unifi lite

Didn't get STD20 -lah.
Call rate is 10sen per 30 seconds (not really 20sen per minute as we were informed)
But why Itemized billing (RM1) and CLIP (RM3) still apply to Unifi Lite (VDSL)?

because this upgrade is done thru TM point & the staff insist only RM149 available
maybe should check next month bill & see how
