I think so too. For sure problem is with PBB, not merchant.

I'm pretty sure the transaction went through cos received SMS the card was charged. Just that during payment it skipped the OTP part biggrin.gif

Applied for my Quantum on 5 April and received SMS approval today. Can't see it in my online banking though.

Curious to see if I will face the same teething issues re online transactions. Can't wait to try it out.

Have you check the Add Card menu to view the card numbers ?
This Online Transaction failure is more likly PBB didn't register the Quantum card number with MasterCard SecureCode

I manually linked them to my PBe. It's visible online now. You'll need PAC (aka OTP) to link them, though.

Sifus, I applied for the PBB Visa Signature but got rejected. How do I appeal? Can I walk into a bank branch to appeal directly with them? Thank you very much.

How does public bank send the card? Anyway to get the tracking number for the postage? Received approval sms on the 8th and have yet to receive the card
