For my case, I had applied 5 times from Jan till end of March. They never call to my office.

Just applied through RinggitPlus for PB Visa Signature, received an automated reply from them instantly.

But when I go to the bill payment page, I can only see my old CC which I had canceled long ago. Both my Quantums are not appearing there. I've send an email to CS and hope they can get to the issue.

You need to add the card using pbe online. And that card has to be under your name. Not a supplementary card.

I am new PBB holder. Couldn't access my Online account to view new quantum cards. Had to go branch to-do it. Wasted my lunch hour and RM2 parking.

How do I add my supplementary cards (separate statement) to my PBe account?
I went to Profile Maintenance > Add Account > Credit Card, and filled in my IC and the card info. I was able to request for PAC and received it. However, when I click next, I get this:
