I've received the PBB Quantum MasterCard (Principal + Supplementary) about 2 days after Approval SMS via PosLaju Mail-drop (i.e. no signature required)

Realised that the card are pre-activated and need to set PIN to start using.
So be careful not to loss the letter

Do we need to register our Quantum cards for “Swipe More For PB Cash” to get another chance at the cashback, if we already register for Visa Signature ?

Have you check the Add Card menu to view the card numbers ?
This Online Transaction failure is more likly PBB didn't register the Quantum card number with MasterCard SecureCode

GRAB transaction RM2.50 was not given VIP (VACATION INDULGENCE POINT) points... so I assume 6% rebate is given.

Finally I could pay LHDN using Quantum MasterCard.
Also using to test if Principal & Supplementary has separate Cashback similar to PBB VS
