Did public bank had limit for Visa Signature supplementary credit cards?

From this message, it seems like is PBB 3D verification problem. Shall send this message to PBB CS for further investigation to benefits all Quantum user.

I think all shall send email to PBB to complain based on your experience, so that many complaint, then PBB will look into this matter seriously and faster.

I think so too. For sure problem is with PBB, not merchant.

Where to get the supplementary credit card promotion T&C? Because I can't find it in "Promotion" section in PBB Website.

For my case, I had applied 5 times from Jan till end of March. They never call to my office.

I'm new to bank in Jan. Being rejected last year before I had HP with PBB.

Last year apply gold card being rejected. Then I have HP with PBB in last year May. After that start apply PBB card again this year January. All being approved including VS.

I had just try to do transaction at Shopee with PBB Quantum MasterCard. It automatically failed without send me OTP or to OTP page.

Thanks for informed. Just tried again. Proceed to key in OTP page, OTP keyed in, and paid successfully.

Why first statement is 19 May, not 19 April?

Will feedback whether my Quantum MasterCard have statement on 21 April later as I received the card almost same time as yours.

My income just exceed 100k a few hundred with bonus. I submit EA Form and they approved VS for me.

I'm PBB user with credit cards only, no Savings Account. I able to use their online banking service to add card. Just go to any PBB Branch, let them have biometric verification on you with your I/C, and update PAC mobile number will do. Then you can add credit card everytime you applied a new cards.

When I got PBB first credit card, I register online banking, able to view credit card, but like you said, "No Access Right". After that I go to nearest PBB Branch to do verification with I/C and update my PAC mobile number. After that, able to "Add Card" where PBB will send PAC number to your mobile just like OTP.

I had received PBB Quantum MasterCard 2 weeks ago and until today, yet to receive PBB Quantum Visa. I saw some reported got the Visa already, but I'm still waiting for it
