So CS confirmed not card issue but individual merchant need to add quantum card to their system? So who to inform individual merchant to add the card to their system?

Mine never reply anything. I called and asked, and found that it's approved.

I email the form on last Thursday niteto apply for quantum, today 9am i just received sms say my application approved. my 1st PBB CC.

tried TNB portal and UOB Payonline. Both unable to redirect to the OTP page...
