I called CS everyday from Thursday to Saturday for same problem. Latest CS feedback me will forward my case to IT department to follow up. Anyway physical transaction no problem with it.

Merchant bank haven't update their system, can't recognise Quantum card. Need some time to update system.

the problem is not the card, but the way online portal configures it to identify certain series of card numbers.

they told me that the OTP was triggered by the merchant website itself and nothing to do with Public Bank.

the t and c wrote that any Ringgitplus website is excluded...so i dont think u are eligible for double free gift as you will be excluded from the campaign

Sorry for the confusion..    under t&c 3.4 I quoted in my previous post is "excluded from participating".. so it means that you can only choose 1 i.e. Voucher from Ringgit Plus or the Travel Set from PB via direct apply from them.

Why? At least I get to buy the luggage I want, rather than given something you may not like at all.

Not a big fan of how these third party merchants work when they will know all your details. One of the merchants contacted me via LYN PM and explained to me the "loophole" of this whole thing. That's why they can come out with a lot of creative ideas for different type of services.

Anyway that's just my thought and not sure about others. Everyone is entitled for their opinion and preference.

I would follow your suspicion as well. Cafe's are normally a hit and miss, and you can see from the first page that Starbucks is also not entitled.. I've had some cafe's I've visited that are not considered as dining as well.
