Personally I never had any problem getting the promised voucher from RP. Strangely though, my brother did face problem with the voucher. I applied first but was processed later, and I get the voucher earlier. He applied later but was approved a month earlier. However his voucher was really slow and even had to make numerous calls to hsbc to get his voucher.

I'm facing the same problem with my Quantum Mastercard too, failed to make payment at 11street.my which is using the ipay88 gateway.  Called PB CS and was informed there's no issue with my card. Failed transactions are possibly due to merchant has yet to add Quantum card in their system.

I've emailed both PBB and 11street.my regarding the problem. Hopefully this issue will be resolved soon.

Merchant bank haven't update their system, can't recognise Quantum card. Need some time to update system.

I made 3 (advance purchase) bookings via Hilton Hotel App, but sadly they are NOT online transactions, and, the hotel only manually processed the transaction yesterday (which means my Week 6 cashback will be reduced to only RM20 instead of RM50).

Generally I think hotel reservations are hit-and-miss in terms of receiving online cashback. I know Agoda "pay now" is regarded as an online transaction, but there are so many variations depending on which platform you use, and the agreement between the online portal and the individual hotel.

Anyway, lesson learned. Total losses = RM180 (as I used 3 supp cards to get the RM50 6% cashback each, plus a loss of RM30 promo cashback for my Week 6).

Cannot, as this was for Week 6 (part of my 8x swipes on 10 April). I already completed my Week 7 8x swipes on 17 April. The hotel only charged my card on 20 April, so this falls within Week 7.

Nevermind, I always have to remind myself that CB is extra money.

I also not able to make online payment with my Quantum Mastercard

I tried make payment to celcom.com.my = failed, receive SMS TAC but return payment delined.
Call to PB, customer service said system didnt capture any transaction for celcom 

Then try to make payment thru payonline.com.my, result = failed.
Customer service said payonline got charge the amount, but then refund back immediately.

Tried few time since Friday, but still failed.

Just a quick note:

I made 3 online transactions on 1 April on Shopee for RM105, but these were counted as normal "retail" and not "online", as I did not receive the 6% cashback, but got VIP points.

Has anyone else encountered the same issue with Shopee??

This is the first time it has happened to me and ALL my other Shopee transactions have always been marked as online.

I have written to PBB CS and will update when I receive a response.

Bill payments for Digi and TNB - I've do this nearly every week and its always gotten cashback. In fact, in the same statement I have 6 other Shopee bill payments (in April). All of those qualified.

Hope you get clarify from the CS and proper cashbacks given back to you.

May i know how do you know your recent transactions on 3rd may, are eligible or not for cashbacks?

The tried and tested principals to other principals and supps is as follows - Maybank, PBB, HLB, Ambank and CIMB. Just call and instruct how much you want to pay off each card.

Looks like SOME(not all) of my  shopee-TNB transactions were excluded in the calculation of my VS supps' CB, for statements dated 10-May.
I suspect those trx I did on 8-5 but posted on 10-5 my statement date, could it be that these trx were to too late for CB calculation.
But 2 similar trx in d principle VS card were included for CB.

According to PBB CS, even though Shopee transactions requested for OTP, but Shopee submitted to PBB as mail order transactions so not qualify for 6% CB. My 8-May shopee trx all disqualified.

same for astro portal. no idea how to tell the merchant to accept it.

i did highlighted this issues to astro. astro sent me auto debit form. when i highlight to pbb they said forwarded it to relevant department. until today still unable to pay with quantum master.

I have already stopped using Shopee, after I checked with PBB customer service that all my transcations with Shopee from 1st May onwards (including last week and 2 week ago) only earn points instead of 6% cash.
