Need to login to PBe online to opt in for online function?

I'm facing the same problem with my Quantum Mastercard too, failed to make payment at 11street.my which is using the ipay88 gateway. Called PB CS and was informed there's no issue with my card. Failed transactions are possibly due to merchant has yet to add Quantum card in their system.

I've emailed both PBB and 11street.my regarding the problem. Hopefully this issue will be resolved soon.

Hi, do Grab and Uber qualify for cash back for online transactions?
I understand that UOB YOLO card gives cash back for both Grab and Uber but CIMB Cash Rebate Mastercard doesn't.

That's good to know. Hopefully Quantum Mastercard will work smoothly now coz celaw still failed to transact at Shopee this morning.

Just got a call from PBB Card Services in response to my email regarding failed transaction at 11street.my. CS said they've already updated the system and there shouldn't be any problems now.

I emailed them on 13 April and shot them another email today listing all the failed transactions reported in this thread. Got a missed call from PBB Card Services at 7.16pm. Then they called again at 7.41pm to inform me all should be settled now

I received the card on 10 April and statement date is 19th but first statement will only be issued on 19th May which means there's only a quota of RM30 cash back from 10 April to 19 May.

If I'm not wrong, the first statement for PBB cards is always generated the following month after card is issued.

I called CS and was informed first statement will only be issued on 19 May. I experienced this with my previous PBB card too. Waited and waited for the first statement which never appeared. Finally called CS and was informed first statement will only be issued the following month

Shoot them an email with details of failed online transactions. CS will call you and assist. They've called me 4 times after I emailed them.

Sound advice
Paying minimum will eventually land cardholder in hot soup....


If you refer to Post #4 on the first page, you'll see Paypal categorized under Online Transactions.

I emailed PBB regarding my failed 11 Street transaction with Quantum Mastercard. This is their reply:

We refer to your e-mail dated 12 April 2017 and your subsequent telephone conversation with our Customer Service Officer on 17 April 2017 pertaining to your unsuccessful card usage at 11 Street.

We are pleased to advise that the matter has been rectified and that you may now use your above mentioned credit card for online transactions.

Please accept our apology for any inconvenience caused and thank you for bringing the matter to our attention. Should you require further assistance, please contact us at 03 2176 8333 or e-mail us at custsvc@publicbank.com.my.
